Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we can help:

Return Conditions:

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• For safety and hygiene, Ayurvedic consumables cannot be returned once opened.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item.

• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (via Razorpay).

Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

• To cancel, email us at vedsutra0@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order ID.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on orders above ₹499

• ₹49 flat rate for orders below ₹499
